Single Lessons
- Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before scheduled time
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
- No refund for no-shows
Lesson Packages
- Unused lessons refundable within 30 days of purchase
- Pro-rated refund calculated at single-lesson rate
- Package discount forfeited upon refund
First Lesson Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with your first lesson, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or free replacement lesson.

Instructor Cancellations
If we must cancel your lesson:
- Full refund or free rescheduling option
- 24-hour advance notice when possible
- Additional compensation for last-minute cancellations
Technical Issues
Lesson disruptions due to technical problems:
- Free make-up lesson if issue on our end
- No refund for student's technical issues
- Pro-rated credit for partial lesson completion
