1. Service Description
Ghunexarquizl.world provides online music education services including but not limited to:
- One-on-one instrumental lessons (piano, guitar, ukulele, violin)
- Vocal training and coaching
- Music theory and solfeggio instruction
- Conservatory and exam preparation
2. Registration and Accounts
To book lessons, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Lesson Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking
- Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly
- Availability is subject to instructor schedules
- Confirmation will be sent via email with Zoom meeting details
3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- 24 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged in full
- No-shows will be charged and forfeit the lesson
- Emergency exceptions may be considered at our discretion
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees
- 30-minute lessons: $35 NZD
- 45-minute lessons: $50 NZD
- 60-minute lessons: $65 NZD
- Package discounts available (see website for current offers)
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of booking unless you have a pre-paid package.

5. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:
- Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)
- Working webcam and microphone
- Zoom software installed and updated
- Appropriate instrument and learning materials
- Quiet, distraction-free environment
6. Lesson Recordings
- Lessons may be recorded for educational purposes with your consent
- Recordings remain property of Ghunexarquizl.world
- Students may request copies for personal review
- Recordings are deleted after 6 months unless otherwise requested
- You may opt-out of recording at any time
7. Code of Conduct
Students and instructors must:
- Treat each other with respect and professionalism
- Arrive punctually for scheduled lessons
- Come prepared with necessary materials
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
- Report any concerns immediately to management
8. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, lesson plans, and content are proprietary
- Students may use materials for personal learning only
- Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited
- Original compositions created during lessons belong to the student
9. Liability and Disclaimers
- We provide music education services "as is"
- We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes
- We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control
- Students assume responsibility for practice-related injuries
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- Cancel lessons with 7 days notice
- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
Students may cancel their subscription or account at any time, subject to our refund policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be:
- Resolved first through good-faith negotiation
- Mediated if negotiation fails
- Subject to the laws of New Zealand
- Under jurisdiction of New Zealand courts
